Returns & Exchanges

Request an eligible size exchange within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be unused apart from a fit check, with original tags, packaging and authenticity card. Earrings and studs are excluded from fit or preference exchanges. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered.

Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items

Contact care@zilverix.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days. An unboxing video helps, but is not mandatory. We’ll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate refund or agreed replacement—including for defective or incorrectly supplied earrings. If we supplied the wrong size, choose a correct-size exchange or refund.

Return Shipping

We cover arranged return shipping for eligible exchanges and verified product issues. Please contact us before sending your jewellery back.

Refund Timeline

Approved return refunds are initiated within 2 business days after receipt and quality inspection. Claims requiring no return are refunded within 2 business days of approval. Online payments go back to their original source; amounts paid on delivery are refunded via UPI or bank transfer. Bank credit may take 7–10 business days after initiation.

Is ZILVERIX jewellery genuine 925 sterling silver?

Yes. Our jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver, containing 92.5% silver. Every piece carries a 925 stamp, and each jewellery box includes a physical authenticity card issued by ZILVERIX and the card is our brand’s assurance—not an independent certification.

Can I wear it every day? Will it lose its shine?

Sterling silver can be worn regularly, but it can naturally tarnish over time. A little care helps protect its appearance: remove your jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising, avoid direct contact with perfumes and cleaning chemicals, and gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Store it separately in a dry, closed pouch and follow any product-specific care instructions.

What if the size doesn’t fit or something arrives wrong?

Request an eligible size exchange within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery. Exchanges depend on availability and include free arranged reverse shipping. Keep the piece unworn apart from a fit check, with its original tags, packaging and authenticity card. Correctly supplied sizes qualify for eligible exchanges, rather than fit-related refunds.

If we sent the wrong size, choose a refund or correct-size exchange. For damaged, missing or incorrect items, contact us promptly so we can assess and resolve the issue. Earrings and studs are excluded from fit or preference exchanges, but this does not exclude help for defective or incorrectly supplied items.

When will my order arrive? Is shipping free?

Yes—shipping is free on all accepted orders within India, with no minimum purchase. We dispatch ready-stock jewellery within 24 hours of order confirmation, and delivery generally takes 3–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code and courier serviceability. We’ll share tracking or dispatch details once your parcel is handed over. Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes. Choose COD by paying a ₹200 online advance, then pay the remaining balance when your order arrives. The advance is part of your order total—not an extra charge. Your COD order is confirmed after we receive the advance and complete any required verification. You can also pay the full amount online through Razorpay.
