Zilverix sells 925 sterling silver jewellery, including:
Plain 925 sterling silver jewellery.
Gold-plated silver jewellery.
Rose-gold-plated silver jewellery.
Oxidized silver jewellery.
Rhodium-plated silver jewellery.
Men’s and women’s jewellery.
Readymade jewellery.
We do not currently offer customized jewellery.
4. Product Authenticity
Zilverix products come with 925 hallmark or stamp wherever applicable based on product design and manufacturing feasibility.
We may provide authenticity card/certificate, polishing cloth, jewellery box, or pouch with eligible products.
In very small or delicate jewellery pieces, the 925 stamp may be tiny, placed in a less visible area, or difficult to see with the naked eye.
5. Product Information
We try to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, weights, materials, prices, and care details.
However, slight variation may occur due to:
Lighting.
Photography.
Screen display.
Device settings.
Silver reflection.
Manufacturing tolerance.
Design structure.
Product finish.
Minor differences in appearance, colour tone, shine, or size will not be treated as defects.
6. Pricing
All product prices are displayed on the website.
Zilverix reserves the right to change prices, offers, discounts, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
The price payable will be the amount displayed at checkout at the time of order placement.
7. Taxes and GST
GST number is not available at present.
Invoices, receipts, or order confirmations will be issued as per applicable business, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Zilverix may update tax details, GST details, or invoice format in the future as applicable.
8. Orders
Placing an order on our website does not automatically mean acceptance of the order.
Zilverix reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or hold any order due to:
Product unavailability.
Payment failure.
Pricing error.
Incorrect product listing.
Suspicious transaction.
Incorrect customer details.
Courier unserviceability.
Fraud risk.
Violation of our policies.
Any other business or operational reason.
If payment has been received for an order that cannot be processed, an eligible refund will be initiated as per our policies.
9. Payment
We accept prepaid online payments through methods such as UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other available payment options.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
Zilverix does not store full card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking passwords on its own servers.

10. Shipping and Delivery
Zilverix currently ships across India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Estimated delivery time is usually 5 to 8 days from dispatch, depending on location, courier availability, and serviceability.
Order processing usually takes 8 to 12 hours after payment confirmation.

11. No General Return
Zilverix does not offer general returns on delivered products.
Jewellery is a personal-use product, and some items are hygiene-sensitive.
Exchange or replacement may be available only in eligible cases as per our Exchange, Replacement & Cancellation Policy.
12. Exchange and Replacement
Exchange or replacement may be considered for damaged, wrong, missing, or defective products, subject to policy conditions, proof, and approval.
Customers must raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
For damage, missing, or wrong product claims, a valid unboxing video may be mandatory.

13. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 6 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not been shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
If a customer refuses delivery or cancels after dispatch, shipping or reverse logistics charges may be deducted where applicable.
14. Jewellery Care
Customers are responsible for following jewellery care instructions.
Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time. Plating, polish, and finish may fade depending on usage, storage, skin chemistry, and exposure to water, perfume, sweat, chemicals, and rough handling.
Zilverix does not provide an anti-tarnish warranty.

15. Account and Customer Information
If our website allows account creation, customers are responsible for keeping login details confidential.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, email address, billing address, and shipping address.
Zilverix will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

You agree not to misuse the Zilverix website.

Attempt unauthorized access.
