1. Introduction
This Payment Policy explains the payment methods accepted by Zilverix, how payments are processed, and what customers should do in case of failed payments, duplicate payments, or payment-related issues.
By placing an order on Zilverix, you agree to this Payment Policy.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Zilverix currently accepts online prepaid payments through available payment options, including:
UPI.
Debit cards.
Credit cards.
Net banking.
Wallets.
Other payment methods supported by our payment gateway.
Cash on Delivery is currently not available.
3. Payment Gateway
Payments on Zilverix may be processed through third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay and related checkout or payment partners.
Shipping and order fulfilment may be supported through logistics platforms such as Shiprocket and courier partners.
Customers may be redirected to third-party payment pages or secure payment interfaces to complete the transaction.
4. No Storage of Card Details
Zilverix does not store your debit card, credit card, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking password, or full payment credentials on our own servers.
Such information is processed by the payment gateway or financial service provider according to their security systems and policies.
5. Payment Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.
If payment is not successful or remains pending, Zilverix may not process or ship the order until payment is confirmed.
In some cases, payment confirmation may take time due to bank, UPI, wallet, or gateway delays.
6. Payment Failure
If your payment fails, please check whether the amount has been deducted from your bank account, card, UPI, or wallet.
If the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with:
Order attempt details.
Payment screenshot.
Transaction ID or UPI reference number.
Registered phone number.
Email address used while placing order.

7. Refund for Failed Payment
If payment fails but the amount is deducted, we will coordinate with the payment gateway and help resolve the issue.
Such payment-related issues are usually reviewed and resolved within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the bank, payment gateway, UPI provider, card network, or wallet provider.
If the payment is successfully received by Zilverix and the order cannot be processed, an eligible refund may be initiated to the original payment method.
8. Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally make duplicate payment for the same order, contact us immediately with proof of both payments.
After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded to the original payment method within the applicable refund timeline.
9. Pricing and Charges
Product prices will be displayed on the website.
Zilverix reserves the right to update product prices, offers, discounts, and charges at any time without prior notice.
The final payable amount will be shown at checkout before payment.
10. Offers, Coupons, and Discounts
Offers, discount codes, coupons, and promotional campaigns may be subject to specific terms and conditions.
Zilverix reserves the right to:
Modify offers.
Withdraw offers.
Reject misuse of coupons.
Cancel orders placed through fraudulent or abusive coupon usage.
Restrict offers to selected products or customers.
Set minimum order values or expiry dates.
Discounted or sale products may not be eligible for exchange, replacement, or refund except in cases approved under our policies.
11. EMI and Pay Later
Zilverix currently does not offer EMI or Pay Later options.
If such options are introduced in the future, they may be subject to third-party provider terms, eligibility checks, charges, and approval.
12. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is currently not available.
If COD is introduced in the future, Zilverix may apply additional charges, confirmation steps, order verification, or cancellation rules.
13. Fraud Prevention
Zilverix reserves the right to verify, hold, or cancel any order if we suspect:
Fraudulent payment.
Unauthorised transaction.
Suspicious order pattern.
Misuse of coupons.
Fake customer details.
Repeated failed delivery attempts.
Payment dispute or chargeback risk.
In such cases, we may ask for additional verification before processing the order.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a customer raises a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving the product, Zilverix reserves the right to provide order records, delivery proof, payment proof, communication records, and policy acceptance evidence to the payment gateway, bank, or legal authority.
False claims, fraudulent disputes, or misuse of payment systems may result in order cancellation, account restrictions, or legal action where applicable.
